Co budete dělat

  • As a Department Manager, shall be responsible for legal, financial, risk management, administrative
and human-resources/general affairs.
  • Authorized to determine and impose working tasks on subordinate employees and to organize, manage and supervise over their work and issue binding instructions to subordinate employees to this end.
  • Train and evaluate the subordinate to establish strong team work.
  • Lead administrative vendors and negotiate with them.

Co požadujeme

  • Working in managerial role for more than 3 years’ experience is must.
  • Must be proficient in the use of MS Office (Excel, PPT)
  • Language: Czech or Slovak (Native or Fluent), English (Fluent).
  • Experience in Japanese company would be advantage.
  • Accounting/Legal/HR/Risk management experience is acceptable.
  • Working within a multicultural business environment would be an advantage
  • Using SAP or similar system
  • Analytical thinking & Problem solving
  • Results-oriented with a positive outlook and a clear focus on high quality
  • Comfortable in dealing with senior management
  • Empathic communicator
  • Flexible, adaptable, creative
  • Strong leadership but Team-player
